ErlangXLS oferă Excel AddIns pentru a calcula cerințele de personal de la Call Center bazate pe formulele utilizate pe scară largă de Erlang C und Erlang B. Aceasta include nivelul de serviciu, viteza medie a răspunsului, ocuparea agentului, sarcina portbagajului etc.

În timp ce alți furnizori vând software-ul bazat pe Erlang în produse scumpe, CC-Logic oferă aceste funcții utilizate pe scară largă complet gratuit și nelimitat. Totuși, CC-Logic recomandă utilizarea răspunsurilor AnswerWIN și AnswerXLS. Aceste funcții sunt mult mai bune decât Erlang C și Erlang B deoarece, spre deosebire de Erlang, ele țin cont de apelurile abandonate.
