În cazul în care computerul are un adaptor wireless Bluetooth încorporat, verificați dacă Bluetooth este pornit. Dacă aveți un plug-in adaptorul USB wireless Bluetooth, verificați dacă acesta este conectat la computer, înainte de a începe descărcarea.
