Rander este un software CTI integrat cu Panasonic PBX. Rander aduce împreună cele două instrumente de comunicare principale: computer și telefon. Cu Panasonic PBX și Rander de lucru împreună, PC și telefon de lucru ca un singur dispozitiv. Compania dvs. poate lucra mult mai eficient cu Rander, deoarece vă oferă o funcționalitate de bază de call center. Angajații dumneavoastră pot ocupa mai multe apeluri în aceeași cantitate de timp și vă pot oferi clienților dumneavoastră cu grijă chiar mai bine.

Rander include, de asemenea, RanCom - SDK (Software Development Kit), care vă permite să integreze Rander în orice aplicație sau bază de date.
