DirectUpdate este un DNS updater dinamic, care ruleaza ca un serviciu NT cu (web) de administrare de la distanță. Se integrează cu multe dintre serviciile DNS gratuite sau plata si poate actualiza automat mai multe conturi DNS, cât mai curând de schimbările IP. În plus, programul poate efectua acțiuni locale la schimbarea IP, inclusiv FTP, lansarea cerere, serviciu (e) repornirea și de notificare e-mail. Se ruleaza ca un serviciu, chiar și atunci când nici un utilizator este logat
DirectUpdate ruleaza pe toate platformele Windows, și a primit "certificate Windows 8 pentru" logo-ul!
