NoteItDown este o aplicație portabilă pentru crearea și gestionarea notelor de orice fel.

Cele mai importante caracteristici sunt:
 - Notele pot fi stocate într-o structură de directoare definite de utilizator.
 - fontul, dimensiunea fontului și culorile sunt schimbabile pentru fiecare notă.
 - Cu un editor RTF fiecare notă poate fi proiectată individual.
 - O funcție de căutare găsește note cu un text specificat. Textul din interiorul unei note poate fi găsit cu o funcție de căutare incrementală.
 - O notă editată va fi salvată automat.
NoteItDown rulează în medii cu mai mulți utilizatori, precum și pe stick-uri USB.
