În această versiune de joc Stratego va conduce trupele în lupta împotriva adversarului de calculator într-o cursă pentru a captura steagul inamicului tau. Iniţial, nu se poate vedea cum inamicul a pozitionat trupele sale şi el nu poate vedea al tău, care ofera posibilitatea de ample pentru cacealma şi înşelăciune din ambele părţi.
