GrowCut este un instrument interactiv de decupare a imaginii și de matuire conceput pentru a extrage obiecte solide sau opace, precum și obiecte cu margini netede sau confuze. Decuparea imaginii este procesul de eliminare sau izolare a unui obiect dintr-o imagine. Utilizarea algoritmilor avansați de segmentare a imaginilor GrowCut 3.0 depășește toate celelalte programe de decupare existente în timp de feedback, viteză și ușurință de utilizare. Prin desenarea doar lovituri vagi în interiorul și în afara obiectului, utilizatorul poate segmenta chiar și cele mai complexe imagini.

Tehnologia de finisare, disponibilă anterior ca un plug-in separat GML Matting, permite extragerea și editarea precisă și controlabilă de către utilizatori a marginilor fuzzy, ceea ce este esențial pentru crearea de compozite credibile.

Requirements: Microsoft Windows 2000, XP or Vista (32-bit), graphics editor (Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro etc.)
