Software-ul permite restaurarea de mesaje şterse şi mesaje de la corupt Microsoft Outlook şi Microsoft Outlook Express fişierele de date. Mesaje, fişiere ataşate şi contactele pot fi vizualizate, salvate în formatul EML şi ulterior importate în programul client de mail. Software-ul utilizează algoritmi de originale, care ajuta la restaurarea unui număr maxim de mesaje, chiar dacă clientul de mail nu se poate deschide baza de date un mesaj.
